The Yorkshire Dales Food and Drink Festival is close to the heart of the local community, and it’s easy to see why. Check out their social media pages or the local newspapers and radio shows. The local folk love the wide variety of local foods, the delicious Yorkshire produce. The celebrity chefs are treasured too.

This year the popular festival will be in Skipton; the sheer amount of visitors and the vast umber of traders dictates it has to be somewhere really big. So the Auction Mart is going to be transformed by the traders and the foodies into the festival home for the weekend.

270 traders mean there is an incredible variety of foods available. Yorkshire is well known for it’s brilliant quality food, and you will find the best of the best at Yorkshire Dales Food and Drink Festival. There will also be lots of celebrity chefs, not just the incredible James Martin and John Torode, who will be at the festival on the weekend. John will be in the celebrity big tent on Saturday, and James will be doing the same on Sunday. They will be doing three performances, each one can be booked separately.

It’s not just the big names though, local talent will be doing demonstrations and giving you tips and recipes.
