The Thanet Easter Beer Festival is here for another year with doors opening midday.
Organised by Thanet CAMRA the festival will feature C. 200 beers, cider, perry and speciality bottle beers.
Free admission for CAMRA members upon showing of valid card. Fast track admission on Friday for CAMRA members at 11am.
Venue are offering hot and cold food – only food purchased on premises allowed.
Entertainment on both days with Bottles Band on Friday at 3pm, Gaddzukes at 5pm and Bread & Butter Duo on at 7pm. Saturday has Quiet Americans at 3pm and Gaddzukes again at 5pm.
If you want to learn about the art of brewing then head to the Learning & Discovery zone where industry experts will be on hand to answer all those burning questions and all the magic ingredients will be there to touch, fell and smell. There may even be a free sample or two.
The festival was first run in 2006 (where we are ashamed to say we sold out of beer!!) hence the move to the larger venue where there is room to get more beers in.
