The Surrey Food Festival is a family event that is aimed to attract adventurous foodies and children alike.  There will be more than 100 different food and drink stalls where you will be able to look around, try some samples and but some interesting things.  As well as an amazing selection of exciting eateries offering their globally-inspired menus, there will also be a delightful marketplace for traders from all around the UK.  As a central location for the event, The Old Deer Park is perfect for encapsulating the mix of Spanish, Carribean, German and Thai cuisines that have become popular in that part of the country.  Let’s not forget that Dorset Market kitchen is one of the prime sources for local produce and ingredients for the event.  produce from Dorset Market Kitchen.

The organisers do not appear to have left any stone unturned as there is an excellent choice of attractions such as prize awarding competitions, fairground rides, a large bouncy castle and a rough and tough assault course.  For children a bit too young for all of that, there is also going to be a Kids Zone and this will include a smaller bouncy castle suitable for children 5 years and under, games and lots of arts and crafts activities.

No British food festival would be complete without a good band or musical performing artist to tap your feet or even dance to.
