The annual Newton beer festival is back for its 12th year. The festival is the perfect way for locals and visitors to the area to discover and enjoy the world of real ale. The event’s profits go to local causes and charities, with last years event raising £20,000, this is a great opportunity to give money to a good cause.

On entry to the event, everyone will receive two beer tokens, a programme which is full of information about the ales at the festival and a commemorative pint glass which can be used at the festival and taken home for a re-usable keepsake.

There will be over 100 beers at the festival featuring lots of local ales as well as beer from across the country. Sample and drink a wide range of beer styles including pale ales, bitters, stouts, golden, IPA’s and blondes. There will also be a selection of cider and perries for those who prefer a sweeter drink.

The festival will provide live entertainment featuring live music from local bands and artists. So make sure you come down to Newton le Willows Sports Club for plenty of beer and fun for everyone! Visit with friends, work colleagues, family or your partner and sample some of the best beer around.
