
The Newark Beer and Cider Festival is a chance for you to explore and discover some of the beer real ale and real cider from the local area. The festival will feature over 80 ales and 20 ciders from a wide range of different breweries with many from the local area and a number from across the country. From hoppy pale ales and bitters to gluten-free ale and fruity ciders, there is a great selection at this festival.
Visitors can enjoy exploring the different beer and cider with friends and family at Riverside Park. Organised and ran by CAMRA (The Campaign for Real Ale), this event is particularly good for ale enthusiasts wanting to support the need for real ale. It is also just as fun for anyone who enjoys beer, food and a good time!
The festival will also a good line up of live entertainment featuring music from local talent. This includes bands of all genres as well as a brass band. The entertainment will provide the perfect soundtrack to your May Bank Holiday.
So make sure you get your festival glass on entry and sample some of the best local beer and cider. Once you have found your favourite, you can drink it in both half and full pint measurements.
