The Maidenhead Beer Festival is a festival organised and ran by the Campaign for Real Ale. With the festival being held in July, visitors can (fingers crossed) enjoy their beer outside soaking up the English sunshine.
On Saturday afternoon there will be lots of family activities including a bouncy castle, games, lucky dip and face paints. This allows the parents to enjoy the beer and the children can enjoy the activities. Children can attend the festival for free but must leave by 8pm. After this, adults can drink even more beer and listen to live music. The live music will feature some of the best bands and artists from the local area who will provide the perfect festival feel.
The festival will have an excellent selection of beer and cider featuring a number from the local area as well as across the country. There will be a great selection of different types of beer from pale ales and stouts to bitters, IPAs and lagers. Expect to see a number of breweries including 360 Degree Brewing Co, Dorking Brewery, Flower Pots Brewery, and Loose Cannon Brewing Co. There will also be a number of delicious ciders including salted caramel, strawberry, elderflower, and cloudy rhubarb as well as perries and real fruit juices.
There will also be a number of food stalls serving up delicious street food for you to enjoy alongside your beer or cider. Food vendors will serve Thai food, hog roast, Piri Piri chicken, pizza and much more.
Note, please check the event website before attending. Dates can change and events can get cancelled, we can not be held responsible.
