Olives at the Station will be holding their first Gin & Rum Festival over the weekend of Friday the 5th and Saturday the 6th of October. We have invited the finest local Gin and Rum Distillers from the North East of England along with the best available from over the globe.

Entrance fee is £10.00 per person which entitles you to a unique festival glass, whilst in you will be able to sample all the Gins and Rums to pick the ones that tickle your fancy and then you can purchase any drinks on a token system bases. During the course of the weekend the attending Spirits Companies will offer free of charge Master Classes so you can learn all about your favourite tipple.

This is very much a unique spin on Gin & Rum festival’s where all the attention is on the drinks and not distracted by loud music and heavy crowds. The festival will take place in our rear terraced garden which is half under covered by a Victorian Train station and should the weather turn we will have the marquees at hand. We have had a word though and promise the weather will be on its best behaviour.

This is a true must for all Gin & Rum lovers and not to be missed, we will also have our fully licensed bar open so anyone that is not keen on Gin or Rum will be equally happy with our large drink selections available.
