The Foodies Festival Bristol is part of the Foodies Festival that tours the UK and visits some of the biggest to celebrate all things food and drink. Coming to Durdham Downs, the Foodies Festival is the UK’s biggest food and drinks festival that features over 200 stalls, top chefs and bakers and live music. The festival is a celebration of the excellent food and drinks, from new recipes and cocktails to local product, it is a must visit if you’re looking for a mouth-watering food adventure.
Spread over 3 days, visitors can take part in workshops and master classes where they will learn tips and tricks for some of their favourite food and drinks. From gut-friendly food to cocktail master classes, you will leave the festival full of food and knowledge. The street food avenue will leave you drooling and spoil for choice. And of course, there is plenty of places to buy a tasty alcoholic beverage including the Tikki rum bar, gin station and Pimms teapot to name but a few. The theatres and master classes will be hosted by a selection of the most popular and successful Michelin star chefs and bakers many of whom you would have seen on television. So be sure to attend some of these to find out more about your favourite foods or to see a celebrity chef or baker. If you’re brave, why not give the chilli eating competition a go, if that isn’t your idea of fun, the creampie throwing game definitely will be.
