Join us for a weekend of fantastic beers and ciders hand picked from CAMRA’s Champion Beer of Britain awards in celebration of our recent accolade of Runner Up Regional Pub Of The Year 2018, as well as festival exclusive beers, with Gin & Prosecco, Street Food and Live Music on Friday & Saturday night.

Entry is free of charge, with a large on site car park with CCTV. We are dog and child friendly. Owned by the same family for over 50 years and truly independent, we are a large country pub, restaurant, bar and brewery, producing our own ales for over 10 years for sale on site, with beer garden and dining terrace. Our garden is particularly popular in the summer where it catches the sun for the entire day. The area is home to some fantastic walking and cycling routes with miles of unspoiled countryside, with our famous ham or cheese cobs with bread from our local bakery, real mature cheese and a large ham joint roasted overnight every night by our chefs, pork pies from local suppliers and meals available to suit all budgets.
