Eat Cambridge is the cities proper annual food and drink festival. The festival helps to showcase the food and drink producers from the local Cambridgeshire area. At the festival, visitors will find stalls packed full of produce from local, independent exhibitors. This will include cheese, chocolate, spices, liquor, chilli, wine, gin, tea and coffee, baked goods and plenty more. This will be the perfect chance to browse, sample and buy some of the products from the local area. Enjoy samples of brownie, fudge, biscuits, cheese and gin whilst browsing the stalls and pick up some food on the go from Borakis Greek Food, Replete Flatbreads or One Part Love Bakery.
As well as the great range of food and drink stalls at Eat Cambridge there will also be a number of free talks for anyone to attend. These will take place throughout the day and feature local chefs, authors, food business owners, food writers and restaurant owners who will be talking about their food experiences in Cambridge. So whether you want to pick up some delicious local food and drink or want to hear some tips and advice from real foodies, a visit to Eat Cambridge is definitely recommended.
