Head to Borough Market on St George’s Day to meet, chat, sample and buy from some of the best British Charcuterie producers in the UK, including winners of the British Charcuterie Awards 2018.
You can also watch free demonstrations from top producers and chefs making and cooking charcuterie, such as Kuba Winkowski of The Feathered Nest Country Inn, and winner of the National Chef of the Year 2019 who will be preparing Charcuterie recipes from his kitchen, Steven Lamb from River Farm Cottage, Ben Rand from The Dairy in Clapham and Dhruv Baker of Tempus Charcuterie and winner of The British Charcuterie Live Awards.
