The Berwick Food and Beer Festival is an annual celebration of the best local food and drink in the area. For anyone who is interested in delicious food and beer, the Berwick Food and Beer Festival is a must visit. You will be surrounded by the towns 18th Century Barracks and all visitors will also get access to the museum to enjoy a full day out of fun.
Over the weekend there is plenty to see and do, with something for everyone! There will be over 80 stalls packed full of the best local and regional food as well as beer, wine, gin, champagne, tea and coffee. This is your chance to browse, sample and buy some of the best products that Berwick and the North East of England and Southern Scotland have to offer.
There will also be lots of entertainment to make everyone’s visit to the festival a memorable one. This includes an animal farm, cooking demonstrations, information stands, foodie films and live music – a foodies heaven! The cooking demonstrations will help you pick up some key tips from local chefs on some well-known dishes for your future cooking. And don’t worry as the festival is child-friendly and even has free activities for the little ones to join in with, including the Kid’s Fun Kitchen and face paint.
