The Ascot Beer Festival is held at the famous Ascot racecourse. The festival is a chance to celebrate and explore real ale and cider. It is organised by the Berkshire South-East branch of CAMRA (The Campaign for Real Ale) to help promote real ale in the local area.
The beautiful racecourse is a great location for the beer festival. Visitors can enjoy the tasty beer and soak up the gorgeous surroundings. At the festival there will be over 250 real ales, ciders and perries for visitors to sample, drink and enjoy. Sample any of the drinks that you fancy and drink your favourite in half or full pint measurements. And make sure to vote for your favourite beer and cider of the festival. Last years winners were the Greensand IPA, from Surrey Hills brewery for Beer of the Festival and Berkshire Rebel Cider, from producer Crazy Dave’s for Cider of the Festival.
And of course, there will be excellent live music and top-quality food at the festival. This will accompany your beer or cider perfectly, making this beer festival a fun day out for everyone. Whether you visit with friends, work colleagues, family or your partner, you will be guaranteed a day full of beer and fun.
