A charity beer festival organised by Acocks Green, Shirley and Solihull Lions Clubs in aid of Wheels 4 All, a charity promoting cycling for people of all abilities. There will be 16 beers and 4 ciders on offer, all sourced locally. Entrance fee of £10 includes a souvenir glass, programme, £5 worth of beer tokens and entry into the prize raffle. This is a two day Beer Festival taking place on Friday 13th September and Saturday 14th September when the opening times on each day will be 12.00 noon to 10.00 pm. Cold food available on site and hot food available from the numerous outlets in the Parkgate Centre. Entertainment provided each evening from local musicians. Beers on offer should include Ansley Mild, Band of Brothers and Head Hunter from the Sperrin Brewery and Blonde Star,Hop Star and Super Star from the Silhill Brewery.
