The North Leeds Food Festival is one of the biggest events in Leeds, held in Roundhay Park. The festival is the perfect day out for all the family packed full of food, drink and live entertainment, plus it is all for charity. The festival has a real focus on local talent and showcases traders, musicians and artists from the Leeds area.
When visiting the festival, get ready for a day packed full of things to do, see, eat and drink. Firstly, the artisan stalls featuring local producers from across Leeds and the North East of England. Here you will be able to browse, sample and buy from some of the best local entrepreneurs selling everything from jam, cheese, pork pies, art and crafts and wellbeing products. Purchase these products from companies including The Craft Tea Company, Masons Gin, Art of Mallow and the Northumberland Sausage Company.
For food at the festival, you will want to visit the international cuisine street food market where there will be a selection of street food vendors based in Leeds selling food inspired by cosines from around the world. Some vendors who appeared at the festival including The Gravy Train Poutine, York Burger Co, The Otto-Men and What A Donut. And don’t worry, there will be plenty of chance to enjoy some tipple. The festival showcases some of the best independent beverages with a wide variety you can enjoy everything from gin cocktails and fizz to local craft ale and toffee vodka.
Live music at the North Leeds Food Festival will be provided by local break-through talent. There will also be live entertainment from local artists and performers including magicians and comedians to add some laughter and fun to your day. So you can pull up a deckchair and sit back and relax watching the live entertainment and enjoying the tasty food. For the little ones, there is plenty of entertainment to keep them occupied whilst you relax in the sun. From real zoo animals and face paints to an inflatable play area and funfair games, there is lots of fun to be had.
