If you love a good BBQ then you don’t want to miss The Big Grill Festival taking place in Herbert Park, Dublin this August.

The festival is all about the great food we can produce on an open fire, grill or from being smoked. The very best chefs will be in attendance from Ireland and the UK. You’ll be able to learn new grilling techniques yourself and see how the masters tackle various produce from meats to vegetables to get the very best from them.

You won’t see any gas or electric flames here, it’s festival policy everyone must cook from charcoal or wood.
