A celebration of the art of cooking with fire & smoke that comes to Promenade Park, with its avenues of mature trees and grass recreation areas running down to the banks of the Blackwater.

With sponsors including Southern Comfort and Buffalo Trace Bourbon, the second year of this one-of-a-kind festival promises to have something to tickle everyone’s taste buds, whilst raising funds for an important local charity, the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust.
