We have exciting news which will put this year’s event on the map as we will be merging with Droitwich Spa’s Salt Fest which will make our festival a full two-day event.

The event is run over 2 days with the same experience available on both days.

Opening the Droitwich Spa Food and Drink Festival will be Michelin star chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. He will also be running food demonstrations for everyone to enjoy. All of the cooking Jean-Christophe Novelli does will be using local produce.

You’ll also be able to enjoy music throughout the festival whilst eating (or drinking) your goodies.

At the end of the day, there will be a Chilli Eating competition you can take part in. This will get tougher each round until a champion Chilli eater is found.

There will be a special salt area where you can learn how local salt is produced and used, a really interesting local learning experience!
