This is the time when Birmingham becomes the epicentre of culinary extravaganzas! The BBC Good Food Show Summer is in town and it’s where all the cool foodies hang out!

One of the tastiest things to look forward to will be the chef line-up and the all star cast which, this year, will include Mary Berry, James Martin, Michel Roux Jr, Tom Kerridge and plenty more to come!

In the Supertheatre and the Big Kitchen you will find live demonstrations, so you never know quite what’s going to happen. You can be certain that you will pick up some professional cooking tips, especially in relation to fresh, seasonal food.

The celebrities are not just in the kitchen, you will find them at the interview stage where they will be answering your questions.

Expect the unexpected; there will be an  enormous range of foods to try. From the award winning Salcombe Dairy ice creams, to Buffalo burgers, from Cornish cheese to gourmet sausage rolls. If you want something a little different why not head up to the BBC Good Food Champions area to discover some real artisans of good food. Hiver Beers are here, with their passion for craft beer. Ludlow Producers Market will be providing visitors with local delicacies that are unique to them – you won’t find them in the supermarket.
