Towards the end of May, the Market Square in Warwick will be transformed into a food and drink paradise when the Warwick Food Festival takes place.  If you are native to Warwickshire or one of the surrounding counties or will be visiting that part of the country towards the end of May and love good food and drink, we strongly advise you to give this event some consideration.

What will there be?  At the festival, there is expected to be around 80 different traders all showcasing their various food and drink specialities, with an estimated 10,000 people expected to attend the event just over the course of one day.  Traders will be selling and sharing samples of anything from soft drinks to wines, craft beers and an exceptional range of dishes suitable for vegetarians.

In addition to all the local producers, there will be lots of live music and dance performances and educational, but entertaining live cookery demonstrations to help inspire you when you get back home to your own kitchens.  If you are intending on bringing your little ones, the Warwick Food Festival is considered a family event and there will be lots of activities for your children to take part in to help give the grown-ups a bit of a break.

Over 10,000 people can’t be wrong.  Therefore, if you are stuck for something interesting to do towards the end of May and love a good bit of grub, the only place we advise you to be in the Warwick area is at the Market Square for this fun and tasty event.
