We’re back! This year will see another fantastic beer festival at Kirkburton, just over 5 miles from the centre of Huddersfield.

Kirkburton Beer Festival is organised by KUG (Kirkburton Uniformed Groups) committee in aid of scouting and guiding in Kirkburton and selected charities.

This year we will be donating at least 20% of our profit to Candlelighters, who support families facing children’s cancer in Yorkshire. The money we raise will help Candlelighters pay for everything from Chemo ducks to equipment on the wards and clinic. They also fund the jobs of the many people who make children’s cancer treatment in Yorkshire amongst the best in the country.

KUG includes 6 youth sections – Scouts, Cubs, Beavers, Rangers, Guides and Brownies and serves the community over a wide geographical area, and the Beer Festival helps to support the Groups throughout the year.
