The Stratford Food Festival is a highlight for Stratford and a must visit for all foodies in the area. The festival celebrates food and drinks from the local and regional area with over 100 stalls for visitors to browse. The market stalls will be located throughout the streets of the town which gives visitors a chance to browse, sample and buy a wide range of top quality produce. From cheese and baked goods to oil, sweet treats, tea, coffee, and jam, there will be plenty to tempt you.
A number of market stalls will also be serving hot street food and snacks for you to enjoy on-the-go at the festival. This includes paella, curry, pork pies, sausage rolls and sweet treats. There will also be a number of stalls offering free demonstrations, this is a great chance to pick up some tips to take back to your kitchen. You can also take part in workshops throughout the weekend with some of the best culinary talents in the area.
If you’re a real foodie and want to know more, tickets will be available for the Taste and Ale trails. These give visitors a chance to discover some of the best independent places to eat and drink in the town, showcasing and support local food and drink.
