For one day only, the Perth Beer Festival provides visitors with a lively atmosphere with excellent live music and a great selection of beer and food. The event has become one of the best in Perth for those wanting to enjoy craft ales and local live music.

With free admission, the whole family (including the kids and dogs) can join in the fun in the sun. At the festival, there will be a great selection of craft beer featuring a number of local breweries including Swannay, Kelburn Brewery, Windswept, Arran Brewery and many more. Kegs will be pouring from 12pm until they run out so be quick to get the beer of your choice. There will also be cider and wines available for those who prefer a sweeter taste.

The gin bar features 8 craft gins which are served with their recommended mixers and garnishes. Ran by Strathearn Distillers, the gin bar is a great chance to learn more about craft gin from the experts who will be on hand to talk more about the gins available at the festival.

For entertainment at the festival, there will be the thrill of the Perthshire Rugby’s Sevens Tournament to enjoy as well as live music on stage in the marquee. There will also be plenty of family activities throughout the afternoon, a kids zone, rugby tasters, a climbing wall and bikes. Not forgetting about food, there will be locally sourced BBQ food available as well as snacks and soft drinks and hot drinks for the whole family to enjoy.
