Attend the Alton Beer Oktober Festival and drink for a good cause as all profits go to local charities. The Oktober festival is a celebration of everything beer. Just like the many beer festivals around the world that take place in October to celebrate the German tradition.
At the Alton Beer Festival, there will be plenty of beer from the local area, across the region and the country as well as some international beers to try. And of course, there will be some German beer which can all be drank from traditional steins. There will also be cider and wine available for those who don’t drink beer and soft drinks for those under age, who don’t drink or who are the designated drivers.
To give this event a real festival feel there will be live music to get the party started. Local bands and artists will be performing their own music as well as classic hits to entertain everyone.
This friendly festival is focused on drinking for charity and all proceeds will help out local charities and causes. So come along with friends or family and sample some of the best beer and cider around. There is also the chance to try pulling a beer on a hand-pump and enjoying some craft beer.
Note, please check the event website before attending. Dates can change and events can get cancelled, we can not be held responsible.
